Black Friday Competition T's & C's
The competition is conducted by KOODOO a division of Gamefinity (Pty) Limited (Registration Number: 2018/116099/07) (“the Promoter”).
- No person outside located outside the borders of South Africa, director, member, partner, employee, agent, consultant, promoter, supplier or anybody directly or indirectly involved in this competition and any spouse, life partner, immediate family member, business partner or associate of such person is allowed to participate.
- The competition runs from 06 November 2019 to 25 November 2019, 1pm (SA Time). No late entries will be accepted.
- To enter the competition participants need to register on the KOODOO.co.za e-commerce store
- 1 (one) winner will win the R5000 KOODOO voucher and Jumanji Hamper
- The winner will be randomly drawn, and the draw will take place on 25 November 2019 at 2pm
- The prize-winner will be notified by e-mail or telephone, by no later than 30 November 2019
- The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash unless the Promoter cannot provide the prize for whatever reason, in which case the prize offered, at the discretion of the Promoter, will be of equal monetary value to the initial prizes. The winner agrees to accept the prize as is, at their own risk.
- In the event of the Promoter not being able to contact the winner the Promoter reserves the right to draw another winner
- Participants and the winner absolve the Promoter, its affiliates, its advertising agencies, advisors, suppliers, nominated agents and dealers from liability from any and all claims howsoever arising, including from willful misconduct or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any such person.
- The Promoter reserves the right to alter or cancel the competition at its discretion, without recourse.
- By participating in this competition, all participants agree to be bound by these official rules. The Promoter’s decision regarding any matter arising out of the competition shall be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
