We only deliver within South Africa

 1. How much are the delivery costs?

FREE Delivery for orders to the value R450 and above. Order values lower than R450 will attract a delivery fee of R70 ex Vat.


2. How long will it take to receive my order? 

Orders delivered in Gauteng will be made within 3-5 working days 

Orders delivered outside of Gauteng to other main centers will be made within 5-7 working days 

Orders delivered to areas outside of the main centers can take up to 5-10 working days. These areas are not serviced daily by the courier so is dependant on the courier service days 

Please note that customers who use eBucks to purchase will have a 2 day delay in shipping as we need to receive confirmation of payment from the ebucks team

 Any pre-order items” will be dispatched the day prior to launch


3. Can I change my order from  Delivery to Collection

It is not possible to change your delivery method from Delivery to Collection once your order has been confirmed/fulfilled.




How does Pargo work?

Pargo has set up a network of pickup points in popular stores. Customers can now order their shopping online and pick it up at a store close to their office or home when it suits them.

If i have a pre-order and an item that is available now in my order, when will i recieve my order

Pargo orders can not be partially fulfilled. Customers will have to wait until all items are available before the order is shipped.

How will I know when my order is ready for collection
You will receive SMS and/or email notification as soon as your parcel has been delivered to your chosen Pargo parcel point and is ready for collection.
How long will it take for my order to be ready for collection
Delivery can take up to three business days from the day that Pargo collects your parcel. Add an additional two days for delivery to outlying areas.
What do I need to bring to collect my Pargo order?
All you need is your ID and the Pargo Code for that parcel. You will receive a unique Pargo Code in the sms and/or email that informs you that your parcel is ready for collection. You will need this code to collect the parcel. Without it, you will not be able to collect.
I have lost my pargo code. What should I do?
The Pargo Code can be found in the sms and/or email notification that informs you that your parcel is ready for collection. If you have lost your Pargo Code, please contact Pargo to receive a new code
I recieved a notification that my parcel has been delivered but they can't find the parcel at my pargo parcel point.
Are you at the correct Pargo parcel point? Please check the collection address you received via SMS and/or email to confirm you went to the right Pargo parcel point. If you visited the right pickup point, please contact Pargo.
My email address or phone number has changed?
Please contact Pargo and provide them with your new contact details. Without your details Pargo is unable to notify you that your parcel is ready for collection.
Can someone else collect my parcel?
Yes. The person collecting will have to bring your ID (or a copy) and unique Pargo Code.
How many days do I have to pick up my parcel?
Pargo holds the parcel for 8 days from the moment you receive your sms/email notification. If you have not collected your parcel within 8 days, it will be returned to the sender.
Do I get charged if I don't collect my parcel?
Yes. R70 will be deducted before your refund is processed
Can I change my Pargo pick up point?
Unfortunately once your order has been paid for we cannot change the collection point.
