  • Open Monday - Friday
  • Collection Times : Between 12:00pm and 15:30pm
  • Orders placed before 12:00pm from Monday to Thursday can be collected the next day 
  • Orders placed after 12:00pm from Monday to Thursday can be collected within 1-2 working days 
  • Orders placed after 2:00pm on Friday and on the weekend can be collected between 12:00pm and 15:30pm on the Monday

  •  Please note that customers who use eBucks to purchase will have a 2 day delay in shipping as we need to receive confirmation of payment from the ebucks team

    What do I need to collect my order 

    • You will need  your order number plus valid identification (ID/Passport/Drivers licence)

    Can someone else collect my order

    • Yes someone else can collect your order. They will need your order number and a copy of your valid identification as well as their valid identification

    Can I change my order from collect to Delivery

    • It is not possible to change your delivery method from Collect to Delivery once your order has been confirmed.

    Pargo Orders

    How does Pargo work?

    Pargo has set up a network of pickup points in popular stores. Customers can now order their shopping online and pick it up at a store close to their office or home when it suits them.

    If I have a pre-order and an item that is available now in my order, when will I recieve my order

    Pargo orders can not be partially fulfilled. Customers will have to wait until all items are available before the order is shipped.

    How will I know when my order is ready for collection
    You will receive SMS and/or email notification as soon as your parcel has been delivered to your chosen Pargo parcel point and is ready for collection.
    How long will it take for my order to be ready for collection
    Delivery can take up to three business days from the day that Pargo collects your parcel. Add an additional two days for delivery to outlying areas.
    What do I need to bring to collect my Pargo order?
    All you need is your ID and the Pargo Code for that parcel. You will receive a unique Pargo Code in the sms and/or email that informs you that your parcel is ready for collection. You will need this code to collect the parcel. Without it, you will not be able to collect.
     
    I have lost my pargo code. What should I do?
    The Pargo Code can be found in the sms and/or email notification that informs you that your parcel is ready for collection. If you have lost your Pargo Code, please contact Pargo to receive a new code
    I recieved a notification that my parcel has been delivered but they can't find the parcel at my pargo parcel point.
    Are you at the correct Pargo parcel point? Please check the collection address you received via SMS and/or email to confirm you went to the right Pargo parcel point. If you visited the right pickup point, please contact Pargo.
    My email address or phone number has changed?
    Please contact Pargo and provide them with your new contact details. Without your details Pargo is unable to notify you that your parcel is ready for collection.
    Can someone else collect my parcel?
    Yes. The person collecting will have to bring your ID (or a copy) and unique Pargo Code.
    How many days do I have to pick up my parcel?
    Pargo holds the parcel for 8 days from the moment you receive your sms/email notification. If you have not collected your parcel within 8 days, it will be returned to the sender. The delivery cost of returning the product that hasnt been collected will be deducted before the return is processed.
    Do I get charged if I don't collect my parcel?
    Yes. R75 will be deducted before your refund is processed
    Can I change my Pargo pick up point?
    Unfortunately once your order has been paid for we cannot change the collection point.
