Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is not a sequel, but a reboot, developed by the studio where it all began, Infinity Ward. An epic re-imagining of the quintessential 
Modern Warfare series, players will be lunged into an immersive provocative narrative spanning the entire game.
Modern Warfare pushes boundaries and manipulates regulations the way only Modern Warfare can. Players will be captivated by the incomparable intensity as the game shines a light on the changing nature of modern war.
Infinity Ward has developed an admissible, realistic world with "headline ripped” events while also returning some of your favourite characters from past games. In
addition to the usual multiplayer modes and co-op missions, Modern Warfare will now have single player campaign, unlike Call of Duty: Black Ops 4.
The game comes with an unprecedented gun collection that comprises of 30 - 60
attachments to choose from. The Gunsmith has customization consisting of
additions that change the entire outlook of every gun with intricate attention to detail in each weapon’s design.
In addition, Modern Warfare includes crossplay which brings players and the
community together. This is the first time the franchise has displayed complete
support towards crossplay for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
Crossplay is explained fully in Modern Warfare as every game handles crossplay
differently. There is an option to “opt-in” to crossplay and it is supported in all multiplayer modes except ranked and competitive tournaments.
Modern Warfare has free modes and maps arriving on all platforms and the new game engine enables the most visually realistic scenery ever seen in this franchise.
