Death Stranding Receives Limited Edition Pro Console

 Bundle Includes Eye-Catching Translucent Controller

Hideo Kojima’s Death Stranding release is fasting approaching, and Sony has just revealed a limited-edition console inspired by the upcoming PlayStation exclusive. The bundle will also include a physical copy of the game, together with a translucent orange DualShock 4 which echoes the design of the BB pod seen throughout the game.

The announcement was made as part of PlayStation’s annual State Of Play address, and was incredibly well received. The limited-edition design features a single black tier design sandwiched between two matte-white tiers, the top of which is accented by two dripping black handprint designs. The palms of these handprints also feature a map of the world’s continents.

The standout feature however, has got to be the translucent DualShock 4 design, allowing consumers to see the inside of the controller. While their might not have been room to include a floaty baby, Sony has confirmed that, “Throughout the game, you can gently rock the controller to emulate holding the BB pod in your own hands.”

Death Stranding is set to launch on November 8^th, together with the limited-edition console. Both are available on pre-order from KOODOO.
